Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer enquiries, site visits, follow-ups, and closing property sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through field work, references, and marketing campaigns
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Explain project details clearly to customers
• Arrange and attend site visits with clients
• Follow up with interested customers regularly
• Coordinate with the documentation and registration team
• Maintain daily sales reports and CRM updates
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build and maintain good customer relationships

Required Skills

• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of real estate sales process
• Ability to convince and close deals
• Field work and customer handling experience
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / CRM)

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma
• Experience: 0–3 years in sales (Real estate experience preferred)
• Gender: Male/Female
• Two-wheeler with valid license preferred
