This position is ideal for someone passionate about strategic sourcing, market research, and engaging passive candidates. As the first touchpoint in the talent journey, you’ll play a critical role in identifying qualified healthcare professionals for federal government healthcare contracts and delivering them to recruiters for continued engagement.
