A strong candidate will have a solid understanding of ServiceNow development and capabilities and demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and ownership.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Roles and Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Lead the design and development of ServiceNow solutions using Creator Studio capabilities.</p><p>Build configurable applications, workflows/automations, forms, and user experiences based on business requirements.</p><p>Develop data structures (tables/fields/relationships) and implement business logic for correct end-to-end behavior.</p><p>Implement workflow-driven automations (and script-based logic where required by the project).</p><p>Support integrations with external systems (e.g., REST/SOAP, OAuth) as needed by the solution.</p><p>Ensure security and compliance through proper role/ACL design and secure data handling.</p><p>Participate in technical design, reviews, and documentation; mentor others when required.</p><p>Troubleshoot defects across UI/workflows/data/integrations and support stabilization through UAT and release.</p><p>Requirements:</p><p><br></p><p>8–10 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.</p><p>Strong understanding and experience of ServiceNow components:</p><p>Forms, tables and fields</p><p>Catalog items and their components</p><p>Business rules, Client scripts, ACLs, Notifications ect.</p><p>Flows and Playbooks</p><p>Employee center, Taxonomy and Content pages</p><p>Proven experience delivering solutions using ServiceNow functionalities</p><p>Strong debugging and problem-solving skills in ServiceNow.</p><p>Experience supporting structured release practices (e.g., Dev/Test/Prod, change sets/source control as applicable).</p><p>Excellent communication and problem-solving skills</p><p>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team</p><p>Strong attention to detail and stakeholder collaboration skills</p><p></p>
