SAP Vistex Consultant

<p>We are looking for an <strong>SAP Vistex Consultant</strong> to support an international client in the consumer goods industry.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide functional support for SAP Vistex solutions</li><li>Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and service requests</li><li>Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions</li><li>Support change requests and system enhancements</li><li>Collaborate with business users and cross-functional SAP teams</li><li>Participate in testing activities and support system releases</li><li>Ensure high-quality service delivery in line with agreed SLAs</li><li>Prepare and maintain functional documentation</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Hands-on experience with SAP Vistex</li><li>Experience in application support and maintenance</li><li>Good understanding of SAP SD integration</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes</li><li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with international stakeholders</li><li>Professional working proficiency in English</li></ul><p><strong>Nice to Have:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with SAP S/4HANA</li><li>ITIL knowledge</li><li>Experience in the consumer goods industry</li></ul>
