We specialize in premium short-term and extended stays while continuously optimizing revenue, occupancy, and guest experience through technology and data-driven decision making.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt">We are currently looking for an experienced <span style="font-weight: bold">Revenue Manager</span> to oversee the pricing strategy and commercial performance of our Canadian portfolio.<br><br></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold">Key Responsibilities</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt">As our Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue and occupancy while ensuring our listings remain competitive across all distribution channels.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt">Your responsibilities will include:</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Develop and execute dynamic pricing strategies across the Canadian portfolio.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Manage daily pricing using PriceLabs or similar revenue management software.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Monitor occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, booking pace, pickup, lead times, and overall portfolio performance.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Analyze market trends, local events, seasonality, and competitor pricing to identify revenue opportunities.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Review pricing recommendations daily and make strategic adjustments when needed.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Optimize minimum stay requirements, gap nights, discounts, last-minute pricing, length-of-stay rules, and booking restrictions.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Work closely with the Listing Optimization team to improve listing visibility, conversion rates, SEO, content quality, and overall performance.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Review Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, VRBO, and other OTA performance metrics and recommend improvements.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Analyze conversion rates, booking trends, cancellations, and guest behavior to improve revenue.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Identify underperforming listings and develop action plans to improve results.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Support the launch of new properties by recommending initial pricing and revenue strategies.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Monitor portfolio health and ensure pricing remains aligned with company objectives.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Marketing, Concierge, and Property Management teams to support occupancy and revenue goals.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Continuously test and implement new pricing strategies to maximize profitability.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and revenue management best practices.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold">Qualifications</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">3–5 years of experience in Revenue Management within hospitality, hotels, vacation rentals, or serviced apartments.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Strong hands-on experience using <span style="font-weight: bold">PriceLabs</span> or a similar revenue management platform.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Experience managing pricing across multiple OTA channels.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Excellent written and spoken English.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold">Preferred Skills</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS) and Channel Managers.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Knowledge of Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, VRBO, and Google Vacation Rentals.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Experience managing multi-property or multi-city portfolios.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Familiarity with hospitality KPIs and revenue forecasting.</span></li> </ul>
