Guest Service and Reservations Agent, Part-time

- Respond to guest messages and inquiries across various digital channels
- Manage and confirm reservations in the Channel Manager
- Monitor online check-ins, record and escalate incidents
- Ensure any urgent requests outside office hours are handled promptly and professionally
- Maintain clear communication with internal teams when situations need escalation or to coordinate operational actions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' prior experience in customer service, tourism, hospitality, or short-term apartment management
- Education or training in sales and customer service
- Availability to work Spanish local hours (afternoons, evenings, and weekends)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with digital tools; experience with Channel Manager platforms and Zoho CRM is a plus
- English at B2 level or higher (preferred)
- Proactive, service-oriented, responsive, and able to work independently
