Guest Service and Reservations Agent, Part-time

Job Description:

  • Respond to guest messages and inquiries across various digital channels
  • Manage and confirm reservations in the Channel Manager
  • Monitor online check-ins, record and escalate incidents
  • Ensure any urgent requests outside office hours are handled promptly and professionally
  • Maintain clear communication with internal teams when situations need escalation or to coordinate operational actions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' prior experience in customer service, tourism, hospitality, or short-term apartment management
  • Education or training in sales and customer service
  • Availability to work Spanish local hours (afternoons, evenings, and weekends)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with digital tools; experience with Channel Manager platforms and Zoho CRM is a plus
  • English at B2 level or higher (preferred)
  • Proactive, service-oriented, responsive, and able to work independently
