putting this in place in a timely fashion.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">-    Contribute to academic support initiatives such as virtual Math and style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">-    Demonstrates expertise in 6–12 ELA curriculum and pedagogy   </span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">-    Skilled in delivering instruction through live virtual classes and asynchronous content   </span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">-    Experienced with IEP/504 plans or similar individualized learning supports   </span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">-    Comfortable coaching students in executive functioning and critical thinking skills   </span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">-    Proficient in using digital learning
