Duty Pilot OCC/ACC

Ensuring safe and efficient operation of flights by monitoring and assessing weather conditions, air traffic, and other critical factors. Communicating with flight crews and ground staff to coordinate and resolve any operational issues or emergencies. Conducting pre-flight checks and reviewing flight plans to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Making decisions and taking appropriate action in a timely manner to minimize disruptions and delays. Maintaining a thorough understanding of all applicable regulations and procedures, and ensuring compliance at all times. Communicating effectively with all stakeholders, including pilots, cabin crew, ground staff, and air traffic control. Analyzing and evaluating flight data to identify areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Providing guidance and support to flight crews during flights, including handling any emergencies or in-flight issues. Collaborating with other departments, such as Maintenance and Dispatch, to ensure smooth and coordinated operations. Staying up-to-date with industry developments and technology advancements to continuously improve processes and procedures. Representing Delta Air Lines and upholding the company's commitment to excellence and safety in all interactions. Actively participating in training and development programs to maintain and enhance skills and knowledge. Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and regulations at all times. Maintaining accurate and detailed records of flights and related activities.
