This role combines platform engineering, release governance, automation, and cross-functional collaboration to create operational excellence at scale.<ul><li>Architect and orchestrate release processes that ensure reliable, traceable, and high-quality software delivery</li><li>Design, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines that accelerate delivery while reducing operational risk</li><li>Automate deployment workflows across Development, QA, Staging, and Production environments</li><li>Define and govern version control and branching strategies using practices such as Gitflow and Trunk-Based Development</li><li>Lead code integration and release coordination processes that improve engineering efficiency and delivery quality</li><li>Design progressive deployment strategies including Blue-Green Deployments, Canary Releases, and Feature Flags</li><li>Ensure end-to-end traceability of release artifacts throughout the software delivery lifecycle</li><li>Implement automated rollback and recovery mechanisms that increase platform resilience</li><li>Integrate automated testing, smoke tests, regression testing, and static code analysis into delivery pipelines</li><li>Collaborate with development, architecture, security, and operations teams to continuously improve release maturity</li><li>Coordinate deployment incident management and drive Information Technology, or a related field</li><li>Professional experience in DevOps, Release Engineering, Platform Engineering, or deployment automation</li><li>Experience managing software release processes in enterprise environments</li><li>Cloud, Kubernetes, or DevOps certifications are considered an asset</li></ul>Technical Skills<ul><li>Strong experience with Git-based version control platforms such as Bitbucket or Git</li><li>Hands-on experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or equivalent tools</li><li>Solid expertise with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployments</li><li>Experience implementing Continuous Delivery practices and progressive release strategies</li><li>Understanding of microservices architectures and REST API ecosystems</li><li>Experience working with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP</li><li>Knowledge of observability and monitoring platforms such as Dynatrace</li><li>Ability to develop
