Bookkeeper for an Accounting Consultancy in the US (Home Based Part Time)
Auto Import<div>• Own end-to-end bookkeeping and monthly reconciliation for a portfolio of client accounts in Digits (primary), QuickBooks Online, and Xero, including work in transitional systems during migrations<br></div><div>• Categorize transactions accurately, including agency-specific items (pass-through ad spend/media buys, client retainers, deferred revenue)<br></div><div>• Maintain clean, close-ready books month over month; flag discrepancies and unusual items for review<br></div><div>• Request and follow up on client documentation via email (statements, receipts, platform access)<br></div><div>• Prepare standing client reports for ThinkProfit review prior to delivery; route any substantive or advisory client questions to ThinkProfit<br></div><div>• Help build and document SOPs for the bookkeeping and reconciliation workflow<br></div><div>• Help set up and maintain the Financial Cents practice-management system (workflows, task templates, client records)<br></div><br>
