YOU Skincare is hiring an Amazon Marketplace Growth Manager who can handle and scale our Amazon business end-to-end.

We are looking for someone with real hands-on experience in:

  • Amazon Seller Central
  • SEO-rich product listings
  • A+ Content & Brand Store creation
  • Amazon Sponsored Ads
  • Ranking & sales growth strategies
  • Listing optimization & account health management
  • Beauty/skincare marketplace handling
This is not a basic listing upload role. We need someone who understands how to grow sales on Amazon and improve product visibility, conversion, and overall account performance.

Preferred Experience

  • 2+ years in Amazon account management
  • Experience with skincare, beauty, or D2C brands preferred
  • Strong understanding of Amazon ads and SEO
  • Knowledge of tools like Helium10, SellerApp, Jungle Scout, etc.
Compensation Flexible based on experience and performance:
  • Fixed salary: 15,000 - 20,000/-
  • Performance bonus
  • Revenue-linked incentives

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
